Born in Ohio and now residing between Washington, D.C., and Raleigh, North Carolina, Twyla began her journey in 1996 with a bookkeeping service before expanding into high-level business ventures. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ursuline College and a master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Over the years, she has founded and led several successful companies, including Growth Management Services (GMS), a leading Construction Program Management Firm, and Integrated Responders Group (IRG), an Independent Claims Management Firm.

With a deep passion for real estate, Twyla has spearheaded transformative development projects across the U.S. and internationally. Through Elite Capital Partners, she leads high-profile real estate ventures, including:
